How It Works
- 1. Submit Your Presentation Slides
Send your PPT file to us prior to the conference.
- 2. Download Zoom
Install the Zoom application on your mobile, laptop, notepad, or tablet.
- 3. Create a Zoom Account
Sign up at www.zoom.us if you don’t already have an account.
- 4. Receive Conference Link
We will send you the meeting invitation, including the video link, Meeting ID, and Password.
- 5. Join the Conference
Before joining, please ensure your camera, audio, and network connection are functioning properly. You will be able to share your screen during your presentation.
- 6. Exit Anytime
You may leave the meeting once your presentation and discussion are complete.
